What powerful words! How true they ring to my ears.

I have always been a worshipper of the Dasamahavidya and have used these ten archetypes to meditate on and gain clarity and wisdom. Invoking the Devis have changed my life completely every time, with every prayer and every invocation. In fact my latest obsession is to create a tarot deck on the Mahavidyas, the great Tantric Goddesses.

Yes I speak to my Goddesses who come to me in different forms. They play with me, teach me, love me and are a HUGE part of my life. But then so is Mary Magdalene whom I meditate upon and invoke as well, like Ishtar, Diana, Freya and many more.

I have been lucky to have performed many Bagalamukhi homas, Mahakala and Chinnamasta homa as well with Dhumavati beej. Ok this is probably sounding gibberish to you. But please don’t flake off.

Hang on! There is much to be gained today when we invoke the Goddess archetype into our lives. And I introduce to you Maa Bagalamukhi who is one of my favourites. In fact I have been initiated into her sadhana for a few years now by one of the most eminent sadhaks alive today.

I am going to simplify her Sanskrit long prayer, give you her beeja and explain her worship. But I have adapted her worship and it might seem totally different from Bagala sadhana practised conventionally.

Some of you may be aware that the occult Navaratri is taking place now. Nine when when ten aspects of the DIVINE MOTHER are venerated. These “aspects” are Kali, Tara, Shodoshi, Bhubaneshwari, Bharavi, Chinnamasta, Dhumavati, Bagala, Matangi and Kamala. Don’t worry about the names, you can google them up in your leisure, but just concentrate on Bagala for now.

You can sage your house and create your sacred space. You may use her image on your altar or you might use any golden stone like Pyrite. You can also use her Yantra which is the representation of this energy in a sacred geometry pattern.

After you have created your space and brought your psychic energy to full focus on whatever object you are using to invoke this energy. Start by invoking Ganapati by saying Om Vakratundaya Hum!

Then keep reciting Ling as many times as you like. Ling is her sacred beeja or seed sound. Ling! Keep saying it and notice how you feel. Close you eyes and say it. Say it loud and feel the vibrations inside your body. Whisper it and feel the resonance and also chant it silently. Try to feel the vibrations deep inside.

After a certain time, you will begin to vibrate with energy. The Goddess would have entered your consciousness through the symbol you are choosing to activate. Just remember to observe the feelings inside as you keep saying ling.

You may or may not use vermillion and til seeds, sandal wood powder and flowers to offer while you keep chanting ling. Once the ling is vibrating inside, then sit in silence. You can close your eyes and call the Goddess. You may have an internal dialogue with her.

After you have bathed in the Goddes energy, begin to sing hymns. You can do it as a recitation or just say it mentally.

Start by saying- Om Ling Bagalamukhing divyayi svaha!

That is her moola mantra as in her invocation phrase.

Om Hleem Bagalaamukhi Sarvadushtaanaam Vaacham Mukham Padam Stambhay Jihvaam Keelay keelay Buddhim nashaaya ling Om Swaha ।

Now say the following prayer…

Goddess Bagala I invoke you to protect me from all obstacles.

May all negative words about me stop, may all negative actions against me be stopped, May I never sway towards negative ways and may all negative attention on me cease.

May all negatives be reversed into positives.

May all my DIS-eases be ended.

May I serve the Earth and all her denizens with a selfless heart.

Chant ling again, as many times as you want.

Then sit in silence after lighting a yellow candle. Carve Ling in it if possible.

Sit and watch the candle burn. Feel the presence of the Goddess with you.

May she bless you and all of the Universe!

I can vouch for that. With every break I allowed the light to enter. I allowed the pain to cease. I managed to grow and evolve, every single time my heart has been broken. Being an Empath, I am anyways swimming in the seas of heartbreak(animal agriculture, famine, child abuse…too many atrocities to face in this dystopian world), but this Saturn in Sag getting anointed as the Wise ONE with Cosmic Downloads from the very heart of our Galactic Centre has left me dealing with a lot of the emotions that had broken my heart. But today I tell you, I embrace all those emotions that refuse to give up my company. They will not let me forget the angst, the pain, the desolation…but hey, wait!!! It is those very emotions that have healed me and continue doing so.

I can’t tell you  how KARMIC and fated this Saturn transit feels for me. Saturn and Chiron are talking since 2016 and three vital connects have to happen- the first one was in Dec 28th 2016 and the second one is today, the 30th of Apr 2017 and the last one will be in Nov 2 , 2017.

Saturn is grinding to a halt and is about to go retro on Apr 6th, and with the square in play, he is about to give structure and comprehension to our wounds. The last square of Saturn was with Neptune. That really shifted my POV. The major theme was- REALITY VS DREAMS! I can tell you it made me take a lot of practical actions to realise my dream and slowly but surely I launched Tinaheals, my IP. Dreams started to take tangible shape. But before that Neptune managed to dissolve every single structure I held dear.

Saturn in Sag definitely has a totally different vibe to it. It is more philosophical and is vibing off the Sagi penchant for truth. Saturn in Sag going retrograde will have us uncover a lot of what truth means to us, how we digest it, how we interpret it. Truth will come under a lot of scrutiny when Saturn is in such a placement. You know what we need to remember- that underlying all this ILLUSION, our TRUTH is ONE and the same, in a state of wholeness. But in this material world, our truths differ widely. But deep down we all bleed, we all care about our loved ones, we all dream of a better tomorrow. So OUR TRUTH IS ONE, but how many will see it that way?

I am so fucking sick of the phrase- Time heals all wounds. No time does nothing! Time dies not exist! It is YOU who picks up the pain, it is YOU who keeps scabbing at it, it is again YOU who finally has to decide to let it heal. Time does nothing, which is why PAIN and suffering are carried on to the next incarnations.

Chiron’s involvement is all about making us aware of that pain, showing us how that pain feels in real time and then if we are lucky, Chiron will invoke his shamanic powers and poof! All our pain is gone! Gone are the miseries- finite and infinite.

Chiron is sitting in mystical Pisces which is the sign of the Empath, the Healer. What does that mean? Chiron is learning about how to heal wounds that have arisen from Pisces’ lower vibrations like too much sensitivity and emotions gone haywire. In fact xenophobia and hatred for other cultures can also stem from being too sensitive and uptight about one’s own. This is the time to address this issue. Pisces is also the sign of delusion. So how are we deluding ourselves when it comes to our wounds? Are we keeping them raw and hidden? Are we applying temporary salves to it? Or are we working towards healing it permanently? Samsara is the endless cycle of suffering if one remains UNENLIGHTENED. Suffering ceases with WISDOM and LOVE.

Working with Past Life Astrology and PL Regression therapy, I can tell you that certain transits give us the power and will to once and for all understand the pain we have been running away from. Once you understand the pain, it will go away. That is how I have seen it work…always…once understood and acknowledged from your heart chakra, the PAIN GOES AWAY!

Today’s transit gives us one of those sacred healing portals. Here is a cry to all the healers and the Shamans, the Wise Women and Medicine men, the light workers and Empaths…send out your healing intentions…and it will manifest.

If your wounds are defining the person you have become, then maybe it is time for you to invoke Chiron and Saturn to give you the impetus to heal your life. No matter how spiritually anaesthetised we are as humans, we have the desire and necessity to heal.

That does not mean that your journey is forgotten…it just means that you refuse to allow your wounds to dictate your life. It is over! Take control, for only YOU CAN HEAL YOURSELF. I always tell people who come to me for healing…I tell that that it they who are healing themselves. I do not need to “heal” you, because that blessing is yours. We must talk about what I mean by HEALING…

Healing is a state of WHOLENESS. It is not a divisive or separatist state. It does not adhere to polarities. It just is- WHOLE. We are all a part of that WHOLE and when we divorce ourselves from that WHOLE do we become sick and diseased and only then do we need healing. When healing occurs, at every level we become WHOLE….a part of that INDIVISIBLE REALITY.

An Omnipresent, Eternal, Boundless, and Immutable PRINCIPLE on which all speculation is impossible, since it transcends the power of human conception and could only be dwarfed by any human expression or similitude. It is beyond the range and reach of thought — in the words of Mandukya [Upanishad], “unthinkable and unspeakable.”…HPB

It is imperative to understand that BE-NESS exists before BEING. Sartre tapped into infinite wisdom when he stated…EXISTENCE PRECEDES ESSENCE! Spirit and Matter are both parts of this ONE!

Sit in silence and contemplate what it means to be WHOLE! If you have an Agate, hold it while you meditate. This is the oldest crystal used for healing. Ask Chiron and Saturn to heal you…If you are heavily afflicted by Saturn, then you should wear black on Saturdays, feeds black ravens or crows and eat black rice.

Saturn rules your legs and nervous system and the Yogasana I suggest is Ardha Matsyendrāsana or the Seated Spinal Twist Pose which will aid in the stimulation of your nervous system. You can also look at Shavasana before going to bed. Ask Saturn’s help in all your endeavours.

My sweeties I don’t have a better way to begin this convo today. The quote above sums it up pretty fucking decently. The last few days have been so charged with fertile chaotic energy and for me it brought about ancient karmic connections. Someone from many, many past lives walked right back in. It has been so hectic, meeting people. Yes lovelies, people from my past.

Just last night I had this amazing dinner and long-drawn out convo with an old friend who also happens to be from a famous Bollywood family. The convo was about U.G and Jiddu Krishnamurthi, Archetypes and primordial memory! And of course there were convos about old actors, directors, huge movie stars and the whole industry in general. You can use lapis lazzuli or blue sapphire. Although before you don a sapphire, I would suggest you get your natal chart looked at by a gem therapist who will see Saturn’s placement before you can wear it. I have seen contradictory results with the use of sapphire. In my own life.

Everything is cyclical and follows a patter. It is a fractal in an infinite arrangement of fractal realities. This New Year begins now. For us in Bengal it is actually the 14th of April when we celebrate our new years.

The beauty of pastoral Bengal inspired many a poet, painter and philosopher. There is a sense of the newness coming in to our lives, our hearts, our souls…we feel enlivened. The bird sings of a new tomorrow, even though we may have lived that tomorrow a million times. Does it  make sense?

There is a certain element of nostalgia that is playing in my mind. That eclipse energy burst into my life as a supernovae and changed my reality completely. I knew it was the year of transformation for me. So many of my planets are in Virgo, my Moon in Pisces.

The way I look and feel changed(I managed to lose all my baby weight), the believe system that I was operating from got crushed. Believe me, it showed me that everything is inside. There is no need to hanker for spiritual growth or material progress. It will all happen in its time.

The Spring Equinox brings in a pile of fresh energy. And before I go into philosophy about the astro and give you modules to work with during this time, let me discuss the planetary alignment.

I see that this is definitely going to be a huge maturing influence for us collectively. It is finally time to grow the fuck up. No more adhering to your redundant belief systems. As that meme states, If your religion requires you to kill someone, start with yourself.

That may be slightly severe. But it is important to understand the message behind this. So many wars, so much destruction, little children being bombed; animals cut, hacked, eaten. Look around us. There is no dearth of violence, is there? We are getting caught in a dense 3D awareness.

This emotional maturity that the Moon and Saturn conjunction gives is phenomenal. We know Saturn(KARMA/authority) will teach the Moon(emotions) a few things about handling the dance of existence with higher awareness. And they are conjuncting the Galactic Centre!

Saturn is conjunct the Galactic Center within a 2 degree orb of exactness between mid February and early June of 2017. Saturn turns retrograde on April 6, 2017 at 27 degrees and 47 minutes of Sagittarius while conjunct within less than a degree to the Galactic Center. This conjunction of Saturn to the Galactic center repeats after Saturn turns direct between November 6 and December 13, 2017.

This alignment is very karmic and the galactic energies are going to shed light on how humanity will survive and thrive on this planet. How will mankind adapt? Watch with bated breath as individual and collective karmic dramas play out. We are all characters in this drama of life! And soon our part will be over. But will everyone remember our performance? Or will we just fade out? Or worse…will be be known as the bad actor!

The Jup, Ura, Chi and Plu square will push us to drop the societal conditioning that is toxic and is harming our soul evolution. We will begin to question wars, famine, drone bombing and other such atrocities. Most of us will not be okay with the status quo. Yet we will function from a place of Saturnian maturity.

Fear not for death, as life is happening. It is difficult to put into words but we feel it. Life is awakening. Run away into the forest and hug a tree. It is the perfect time. Install the hydroponic drip system you had thought of and grow your own food. Grow micro greens. Involve yourself with the soil. Organise a community dance around the bonfire.

In fact just hold a bit of the soil in your hands and close your eyes. Feel the cool energy in your hand. Feel it spread all through your body and mix with your consciousness. You will be aware of how Gaia’s spirit has mingled with yours. And if you keep up the breathwork, you will see that you have become one with that spirit. This is a very powerful short model. I call it, “Hold Gaia”. Hold a part of her in your hands. Oh and did you know that all your body parts are present in the palm of your hands! The soil is merging with every part of your physical body, your mental and supra consciousness as well.

I am so restive and on edge. Do you feel like that too? A friend I am working with is constantly hearing a hum. A humming sound that is driving her crazy. I believe she is facing symptoms of ascension. Actually I have been feeling this hum too. In meditation yesterday, I heard AUM. The hum had become AUM before it disappeared. So there are subtle signs everywhere of the transitioning times we are facing.

When it gets too much, please take time off. If meditating is not your thing(IT SHOULD BE NO MATTER WHAT), then BEDITATE! Lying in bed ponder the existential questions. Again no judging. Flow with the Spring. Stay still for creative life to bloom from within you. Study all the great artwork. Watch Tarkovsky. Read Blavatsky. Do something profound! Yes, in bed! 😉

What I am facing is the dichotomy between my dreamtime and the waking space. I am drifting off into visions and seeing things a lot more. My dream journal is filling up and as I traverse through the archetypes that are coming alive in my dreams, I realise how everything is so INTERCONNECTED.

All those faces I see on the streets, they occupy my dreamtime. So many people from other places,other timelines have begun to make contact with the conscious part of my brain. The unconscious is a storehouse of such information, but my conscious mind often does not understand a vision in totality. Much work needs to be done to access and evaluate a certain mind projection.

I want to stay in meditation and in my dreamtime, but Mars in Taurus, Jupiter in Libra squaring Pluto and opposing Uranus is not going to let us shrink away from the human drama playing out in the world. We have to be punched into awareness as we drift of into dreamtime. This week has that quality.

Let us work towards integrating the contradictory energies of Pisces and Aries and of Neptune and Uranus, we can successfully activate the potential for renewal.

We cannot avoid action- March is the month of Mars. Aha! Aries is the host to the planets who are aligning here and channelling some of the anxious, apprehensive and angry energies of Aries. Just be mindful of this and stay away from kerfuffles. Uranus is going to urge us to be freedom loving and to shed the calcified mask or persona to uncover our authentic selves. About time!

Pisces is not weak, she is NOT dangerous. Okay I am saying mermaid and she/her, but this is in no way only for women. Men can also tap into this vibe and channel the mermaid. Each time you meet someone, visualise a BLUE RAY OF LIGHT EMANATING FROM YOUR HEART CHAKRA and GOING INTO THEIRS. Even if the person is angry, they relax as soon as your blue light enters their heart.

This eclipse is the last one of the Pisces/Virgo axis that is culminating a whole plethora of energies and bringing to the forefront everything Piscean. Pisces being a mutable sign is all about CHANGE, flexibility, adaptability, ruled by NEPTUNE, the GOD OF THE SEAS(UNCONSCIOUS). This energy will culminate(sort of) in the next one on 21st August.

This New Year, 2017, the year of the Rooster has started off way slowly than what we wanted. Lingering energies from last year and the eclipse season is surfacing over and over again, in the individual as well as the collective. But this SOLAR ECLIPSE will wipe out those old residual energies to make way for the NEW. 2017 has officially started.

Mysticism and occult is the Piscean space. Places of seclusion such as hospitals, prisons and institutions, including self-imposed imprisonments are ruled by Pisces. Things which are not apparent to self, yet clearly seen by others(DELUSION, often bipolarism and schizophrenia) lurk in this astro. Elusive, clandestine, secretive is Piscean lower frequencies. Now if we know anything, we know that the NEW MOON is the best time to MANIFEST. Many magick schools, round the world believe this new moon funda and why not? The new moon and the new idea or intention get amplified after being wedded together in meditation or ritual. If you can invoke the new moon energies, you can create pretty much any Universe of your choice.

My life is undergoing some massive changes. I am leaving my whole media life behind to put time into healing, astrology, tarot and other modalities like NLP and Merkaba activation. Such profound has been the change, that I am yet to sit down and assimilate and integrate all this MAJOR TRANSFORMATIONS.

Learning to work with this energy is so profound and intense that I feel all my karmic bullshit is melting away and finally I am coming into my own. All the knots and ties to this dense reality are fading away. The delusion is laughing right at me and there is nowhere to run. I face it.
